About Erica Smith

Hello My name is Erica Smith. I am originally from Arizona but relocated to Virginia Beach in 2001. I have been in real estate for 16 years now and I absolutely love it!! Helping people find the home of their dreams is not only rewarding to them but to me as well. Real estate investment is also a passion of mine. I love dealing with rentals, renovations, and the like. I want to introduce more people to the investment side of it and help them build their real estate empire as well.

I started out in real estate working with investors. My family and best friend dabbled in it quite a bit and they gave me the opportunity to follow along and learn. From there I ventured into short sales, bank owned properties, and resale. I have learned so much through the years and am looking forward to helping more people reach their real estate goals.
